- Regularly visit referral sources to develop relationships and request referrals

- Manage social media & online marketing

- Plan, host, and participate in community and networking events, as well as prospect focused activities

- Work directly with healthcare professionals to reduce hospital admissions/readmissions for at-risk seniors

- Create ads and articles for flyers and other print media

- Assess clients' needs and coordinate for the initiation of care

Your drive & success will determine your pay--we offer competitive compensation based on experience with an uncapped commission. Relevant experience desired but training on sales & marketing in the Home Care industry is available for the right person.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is desired
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or management roles
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and multichannel marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Canva or other creative tools
- Experience with content marketing and B2B marketing

We provide non-medical in-home care to seniors, adults with chronic conditions or who are recuperating from injuries or procedures, and newborn mothers. We've been open since 2010 and provide services in Autauga, Elmore, and Montgomery counties, primarily in Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Deatsville, and Wetumpka.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
